Working Prototype
Not a sketch or a concept deck. A functional build you can put in front of stakeholders and stress-test before anyone commits serious budget to it.
Your team has an idea but no clue if it's feasible. Weeks of internal debate won't answer that question — building something will. In a single 3-hour session, we turn your idea into a working proof-of-concept and a concrete plan to move it forward.
Book a Sprint →The Problem It Solves
Most organizations default to one of two approaches: endless internal debate, or jumping straight into building without any validation. Both waste time. The first never generates momentum. The second burns budget on the wrong thing.
A Sprint cuts through both. You build something you can look at, test, and decide on — in one afternoon.
A focused 3-hour session with 6-12 participants. We work with your team to prototype the idea using AI tools and rapid development techniques. By the end of the session, you'll have a working proof-of-concept and a 3-step action plan to move it forward.
01
Making sure we're building the right thing
02
Using AI-assisted tools to create a functional proof-of-concept
03
Stress-testing the prototype and building a concrete next-steps plan with owners and timelines
Every Sprint delivers tangible outputs you can use immediately.
Not a sketch or a concept deck. A functional build you can put in front of stakeholders and stress-test before anyone commits serious budget to it.
A concrete next-steps document with assigned owners and resource requirements. The momentum doesn't stop when the session does.
A clear assessment of what the prototype revealed — what's viable, what needs more work, and whether this is worth pursuing further. If agentic AI or automation is part of the idea, we'll tell you where it fits and where it doesn't.

A Sprint works best when:
You have a specific idea you want to validate quickly
Your team is stuck in debate and needs something concrete to react to
You want to build internal confidence before committing to a full project
You need to show leadership that an idea is worth investing in
Yes. Sprint sessions work well in-person and remotely. The prototype build phase uses AI-assisted tools that don't require physical co-location. We typically recommend in-person if participants are in the same city — the energy in the room during the build phase is useful — but remote is fully viable and produces comparable outcomes.
Minimal preparation required. Before the session, we'll have a short briefing call (30-45 minutes) to sharpen the idea and ensure we're building the right thing. You don't need a detailed brief, prototype specs, or pre-work from your team. The ability to make decisions in the room is more valuable than any document.
That's a normal and healthy outcome. The first hour is explicitly designed to pressure-test and refine the hypothesis before we build anything. If the idea shifts in the process, we adjust. What matters at the end of the session is that you have something worth stress-testing — regardless of whether it looks exactly like what you walked in with.
You leave with a working prototype, a 3-step action plan, and a feasibility read. If the prototype shows the direction is worth pursuing, the natural next step is a full Explore engagement — a focused AI feasibility experiment to test the hypothesis before committing to a full build. If the session reveals the idea needs more work, the action plan will tell you what that work looks like.
Tell us what you're trying to solve. We'll tell you whether a Sprint makes sense — or whether we're the right fit at all.
