How quickly can you start an engagement?
For Explore engagements, typically within two weeks of an initial conversation. For advisory engagements, immediately after we've aligned on scope. We don't run long procurement cycles.
What if we don't know exactly what we need?
That's the most common starting point. Most organizations come to us with a feeling — "we need to do something with AI" — not a precise question. Part of what we do in the initial conversation is help you get specific. The question you start with is rarely the question that matters.
Do you only work with large enterprises?
No. We work with ambitious organizations of all sizes — from well-funded startups navigating an early AI bet to large enterprises making a significant infrastructure decision. What matters is whether the question is real and the stakes are meaningful.
How is this different from hiring a traditional AI consultant?
