Sprint
Turn an idea into a working prototype in one afternoon.
Your team has an idea but no clue if it's feasible. Weeks of internal debate won't answer that question — building something will. One session. One proof-of-concept. Three steps forward.
Not a keynote. Not a brainstorm. Every session we run produces a working prototype, a concrete roadmap, or a portfolio of strategies with named owners and clear next steps. We design workshops for leaders who need forward motion, not inspiration that evaporates by Monday.
Let's Get Your Team Moving →The Problem
Your team has been told to innovate. To think differently. To prepare for what's next. But most innovation workshops are keynotes that inspire for an afternoon, then everyone goes back to business as usual. No tangible output. No clear next steps. Just motivational content that evaporates by Monday morning.
You don't need inspiration. You need forward motion.
Every workshop we run produces something you can use immediately — a working prototype, a clear roadmap, or a portfolio of strategies with owners and timelines. We offer three formats, each designed for a different problem.
Sprint
Your team has an idea but no clue if it's feasible. Weeks of internal debate won't answer that question — building something will. One session. One proof-of-concept. Three steps forward.
Reset
Your organization keeps trying to innovate, but nothing sticks. Projects stall. Ideas die in committees. Before you try again, you need to know why — and build a roadmap that actually addresses it.
Catalyst
The world is volatile. Your competitors are guessing. You need a portfolio of 3-4 clear strategic directions — with owners, timelines, and implementation plans — that you can pursue and adapt as conditions change.
Most workshops treat innovation as inspiration. We treat it as execution. Every session is designed around a single discipline: produce something your organization can act on before the week is out.
Because momentum, once lost, is expensive to rebuild.
"The day delivered. It pushed the team out of operational mode and into genuinely fresh thinking about what's possible — and, importantly, what we could act on. The facilitation was sharp, the structure respected our people's time, and the ideas that surfaced have shaped conversations we're still having weeks later. If you're a leader who needs your team to think differently — not just feel inspired — this is worth the day."

It depends on where you are. Sprint is for teams with a specific idea they want to validate quickly — one session, one proof-of-concept. Reset is for organizations that have tried to innovate before and kept hitting the same walls — it surfaces what's blocking progress before you invest in another attempt. Catalyst is for leadership teams facing genuine strategic uncertainty — it builds a full portfolio of directions rather than a single roadmap. If you're unsure, tell us where you are and we'll tell you which format fits.
Yes. All three workshop formats run in-person and remotely. In-person sessions have advantages — particularly for Reset, where the candid audit of past failures goes deeper in a room — but remote sessions produce comparable outcomes. We work with leadership teams across the UAE and the wider region.
That's a common starting point. Tell us what you're trying to solve — not which format you think you need — and we'll work through it with you. Sometimes the answer is a workshop. Sometimes it's a short advisory conversation first. We don't put you in a format that doesn't fit.
Tell us what you're trying to solve. We'll tell you which workshop format makes sense — or whether we're the right fit at all.
