AI Philosophy
Our beliefs and approach to artificial intelligence
Consciousness is God-created and can never be replicated by humans. AI should only ever be used for creating good, and the outcomes and implications of any AI usage should be thoroughly studied beforehand. Humans are always responsible for the outcomes and results of AI usage.
Every member of the value chain bears responsibility—executives, budget providers, hardware providers, software providers, engineers, project managers, and others. Everyone who helps execute an AI project is partially responsible for its outcomes; therefore, every member must be ready and willing to accept responsibility.
AI should be used for human-directed labor, and should never be fully autonomous. While AI may do the work of humans, whether specific tasks or entire job roles, this should only occur under certain conditions. These include situations where humans cannot perform the tasks without advanced technology or complex software; when AI can perform tasks better or faster than humans, enabling people to accomplish more; when the human role doesn't exist within the organization, such as using AI for copywriting when no copywriter is employed; or when non-commercial priorities like safety reasons necessitate AI support or replacement of human involvement.
It's important to recognize that AI systems are biased, but so are humans. Anything an AI generates must be carefully considered before use, and the same applies to human output. The key principle is not to assume that AI systems are any more reliable than humans in terms of bias and accuracy.
As a small and agile startup, we rely on a variety of AI models to support us in work that we alone benefit from—e.g., the development and management of our website, prototype development, copywriting, etc. This frees up our already limited resources to better serve our clients and community. We never blindly use AI, and remain fully responsible and accountable for what we put out into the world.
As a technology company, we continually explore, evaluate, and adopt new and emerging technologies. We see AI as a valuable tool and enabler, capable of increasing our productivity, quality, and speed of delivery—similar to the role that interns or junior staff play in supporting experienced professionals.
We are transparent about our use of AI in certain aspects of our work with clients; however, we always remain fully responsible and accountable for all deliverables. We carefully brief, guide, and review everything AI produces. Just as no company relies solely on junior staff, we do not rely solely on AI agents; our team’s experience and expertise remain central to our work.
When you hire us, you receive our skills, knowledge, and direct involvement, while AI serves as a contributor that helps us scale our efforts and deliver faster. Consider AI’s contributions as added value—a complement rather than a replacement for what we provide.
Here are some examples of how and when we use AI in client work:
